I, along with
several curvaceous beauties, celebrated our womanly figures on September 9,
2013 at A Toast to Curves – an event hosted by Aisha Fairclough and Jill Andrew
- founders of the fashion blog Fat In The City.
We heard
inspiring women speak about their love and acceptance of their bodies and how
society is slowly but surely challenging the beauty norms.
I was honoured to
have witnessed this positive and motivating event. Good job girls! Can’t wait for the next one! : )
